The short version: Sealed pouches can go back within 7 days. Opened food cannot — but if something arrived damaged, wrong, or off, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it, no return needed.

Sealed, unopened pouches in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Keep the batch code visible — it is printed on the back of the pouch and we need it to trace the lot.
